We Have a Stanley Winner - and some beautiful Friday things....

Sooooooo, I just hopped over to random.org and drew a winner - the boys are with me and very excited about this.... Congratulations to Polka Dot Daze - please email me with your address when you get a chance and I will send Stanley to you. In the meantime, thank you so much to everyone who entered and made it so much fun. Some of the answers were hilarious including Georgia spotting him 'in the bottom left lurple rounded basket'.

So, this is what I have been up to this Friday. Preparations with some of the mums from school for our upcoming ball - the biggest fundraiser on the calendar. Too much fun.
 And some magnolias.
And some roses and some lace with beautiful, Friday afternoon light.
Lots and lots of love,
Kate xxooxx.

  1. Congratulations on the lucky winner! Stanley must be very excited about his big trip to a new home!

The flowers look so beautiful! It is pretty autuum-like here, so most flowers are already gone... Sighs.

    Take care

  2. Congratulations to the winner...we know she will love Stanley! I am pleased he doesn't have a long flight on his own, Auckland to Sydney isn't very far. After all, last time he flew he was with his family! He will be very excited to meeting his new parents! Love Mum

  4. Congratulations to the winner. I love that Stanley has so many people who love him and that he has really gained a life of his own now that he is big enough to travel. ;-)
I wonder whether he will take and share some more souvenir photos of the places he visits along the way.

PS Every time I re-read "Stanley and the Hot Air Balloon" I discover new delights in the detailed photos and love the humour in the text and patterns.
